YouDex TV is a media player that allows users to load and organize content via playlists (such as M3U/M3U8 links) and credentials they provide.

We do not provide, host, distribute, or control the media streams or files you play. All content accessed through the app is the sole responsibility of the user and the respective rights holders.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, including:

• Accessing legally licensed IPTV services
• Streaming free-to-air (FTA) or officially offered public channels
• Playing personal or lawfully owned local media
• Testing and development of streaming technologies you are authorized to test
• Internal or private streaming (corporate, events, education) where you have proper rights

Any use outside these or other legally valid scenarios is strictly prohibited.

• Using VPNs, proxies, or masking tools where prohibited by our or your provider’s policies

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, where permitted by law.

• Compatibility with all devices, playlists, or streams

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Payments and Refund Policy

• No refunds for issues related to device compatibility or internet quality unless we state otherwise at purchase
